    …and i thought getting to the gym was going to be the hardest part. they’re renovating and there’s just stuff everywhere. i left home planning to do some weights as well as cardio, but it ended up being almost entirely cardio (plus some abs just to finish things off, thanks to a gentle nudge from fatboyslimmer) because everything else was a mess.

    15MIN recumbent bike
    15MIN treadmill - 6KM/H + incline @ 5

    (superset) 3 x 30 russian twists + 3 x 20 weighted sit-ups, both with 4KG medicine ball.

    stretches

    i had a bit of an i feel good about my body moment at the gym hence the vanity shot. i took a few photos of my stomach once i got home too, to keep a photo track of my return to my former ab glory (and then past it)… guna happen folks.
